Bookable time comes from the team's shifts, not from the opening hours on the door. When somebody can no longer make it — a day off, illness, a changed shift — the appointment goes back to the open queue instead of falling through the cracks. One system keeps shifts, breaks and time off in sync, with no second calendar to maintain.

Nothing while the service is being trialled, and we ask for no payment details. Jono does not handle payments or take a cut of a booking either: the customer pays you exactly as before.

It goes back to the open pool and the customer is told. It is never quietly handed to somebody else. If nobody in the shop can take it, the appointment is flagged as needing attention — that flag is the shop's cue, not an alarm sent to the customer.
